[ Pineapple pound cake ]
Ingredients for 2 pound cakes(19x7x9 cm):
  • A
    • 200g pan cake mix
    • 50g sugar
    • 100g salt-free butter(cold, diced for about 1/4inch)
    • 3 egg
    • 150g dry pineapple(diced)
    • 20ml brandy
    • 60ml pineapple juice
  • 2 barking pans(19x7x9-cm 7.5x3x3.5-inch)
Steps:
  • Put A into food processor, and mix it for about 3 minutes.
  • Drop it into the baking pans.
  • Bake it in oven of 180 degrees C ( 356 degrees F ) for about 25 minutes.
